Thanks for stopping by! I hope you are staying safe and healthy in this time of commotion, wherever you are in the world. In case you don't know me, greetings! I am Ryan, a DMA student majoring in organ at the Eastman School of Music, Rochester, NY. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and safety concerns, I returned to my hometown (Hong Kong) in late April. The virus is under control here and the streets are busy as usual, thanks to the awareness of the people and the appropriate measures from the authorities.
This website and blog is a result of the surplus of downtime that I am fortunate enough to have. I'd like to share with you my life as a music student, my travel memories, the music I love, the books that inspire me, movies, TV shows, and many other things that I feel passionate about. This is mostly for my own recollection and reflection, but I also believe that sharing my passion with people is especially important these days.
